Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy Many of our products are custom-made or produced to order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amdecorsignsandprints@proton.me or +44 7947 439865 with your order number and photos where relevant. Custom printed, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned for a change of mind once production has started. Where a return is agreed for an eligible non-custom item, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
